Yes. Every retainer plan — Starter, Growth, and Scale — includes full Growar OS access from day one. It is not a premium add-on. The OS is the delivery system. There is no extra charge.
Can I change my plan after starting?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time — the upgrade takes effect from the next billing cycle. Downgrading is also possible with 30 days notice. We build engagements designed to grow with you.
How does the annual billing discount work?
Switching to annual billing gives you 15% off the monthly rate — billed as a single annual payment. For the Growth plan, that saves you over $3,600 per year. Contact us to switch your billing to annual.
What happens to my website hosting if I cancel?
Website packages are one-time purchases — your site is hosted on Growar Cloud and stays live regardless of whether you have an active retainer. If you cancel a retainer, your website remains live and fully functional.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
