Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Growar, Growar OS, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Growar provides growth strategy, execution, and systemized delivery through Growar OS. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts & Access

Access to Growar OS may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Growar OS as a System

Growar OS is the single source of truth for delivery, approvals, reporting, and operational tracking. Communication channels (including messaging apps) remain channels and do not override system records.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to approvals and requests in a timely manner
  • Use Growar outputs and recommendations responsibly

5. Payments & Fees

Fees for Growar services are agreed separately via proposals, invoices, or onboarding agreements. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All Growar systems, frameworks, templates, and software remain the intellectual property of Growar unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets and data.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Growar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Termination

Growar may suspend or terminate access to Services if these Terms are violated, payments are overdue, or misuse of the system is detected.

10. Modifications

Growar may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on Growar’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
